UNITED HEALTHCARE/OPTUM HEALTH

A) VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMUNITY CARE NETWORK (VACCN) 

For Veterans to be eligible for massage therapy, they have to be signed up with the VA and get an approved referral before calling for an appointment. 

B) All Optum/UHC/Kaiser Permanente members who do not have massage in their plan or who have exhausted their benefits are eligible for 20% discount

C) Some Medicare Advantage plans are also accepted with approval and referral from your doctor
